Where Madison Residency at Tecom is located between Interchanges Four and Five on Shaikh Zayed Road, near Dubai Internet City and Media City. It is also within close proximity to The Greens and Emaar Business Park.

Eating Residents can indulge in fine dining at nearby hotels and eateries at The Greens or go the food courts at Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta.
Entertainment The tower is 1.5km from Mall of the Emirates and 2km from Emirates Golf Club. WHAT'S GOOD It's close to The Greens and has two hotels nearby. WHAT'S BAD There is still plenty of construction in the area and there could be more traffic when more residents begin to move into the area. PARKING Ample underground and surface parking. NEAREST MALL Mall of the Emirates, but it's also within close proximity to Ibn Battuta Mall.
Where The Waves is located in Dubai Marina just off interchange five on Shaikh Zayed Road, close to Dubai Marina Mall.
What It is a freehold, twin-towered residential project of about 600,000ft². Developed by Damac, both towers are surrounded by landscaped walkways, waterfront cafes, restaurants and retail outlets.

Taxis Because of its central location, taxis are relatively easy to flag off the street. They may be harder to come by during rush hour.
Shops The newly opened Dubai Marina Mall and the nearby Jumeirah Beach Residences have several shops.
Eating Restaurants such as Aquara at the Dubai Marina Yacht Club offer a selection of seafood dishes. Bice in the Hilton serves Italian, Buddha Bar offers tasty bites accompanied by laidback beats, and Eau Zone in One and Only, Royal Mirage offers a romantic dining experience to name a few.
Entertainment The nearby hotels offer a number of spa options, and the JBR beach offers endless water sport options. They also have easy access to the Emirates Golf Course and The Montgomerie. What's good Location is its biggest selling point. Residents have access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment facilities. What's bad Because of the high volume of people living in the area, the roads can get quite congested during rush hour. Parking Each resident has their own allotted parking space.
