A career change demands a resume built with additional care. The person scanning the resumes will be looking forward to find the best suit for his role. Credentials: Include the most relevant academic I qualifications first. While mentioning details of work experience, mention about similar roles first. Then write about the other experience highlighting the aspects that would be helpful to the current role.

Summary: Summary must be written in such a way that you impress upon the reader that you are an achiever. You should convince him that you commit yourself and succeed in whatever you take up. Cite the most impressive achievements, skills, personal attributes and abilities keeping in mind your career goal and general mindset of selectors.

The overall look and feel of the resume must . convince the selector to try you out. It must reflect your abilities and traits that compensate your lack of I experience in the field.
