Many a time when you face obstacles, it is quite natural that you lose control over yourself. You become agitated and anxious. You wish you could disclaim your responsibility and call it quits. Or just shoot the person who created the problem
Then again you remember how important it is to find a solution to your current problem and try to drag your mind to the problem. However, your mind keeps searching for ways to meet out the pressure. Consequently, you start behaving unreasonably. You become apathetic to others point of view or their issues and concerns. You afflict them knowingly or unknowingly. The bad moods reciprocate and the' whole environment is affected. People perceive your behaviour as selfish and try to avoid you. They hate you for your inability to control your emotions. You land up spoiling your relations and making the situation worse.
Therefore, you must develop control over your thought and actions. Keep a watch on yourself and improve the way you respond to adverse situations. Most importantly you must restrain yourself from spreading your bad mood to others. Of course it is a difficult task. But with practice, you can learn to regain your control on self and your environment.
Try to keep your problems to yourself. Be always ready to make others comfortable and cheer them if you find them in a similar state. This will earn you respect from them and improve your Iikeability factor. They will come forward to help you out of your problems. Improper handling of your emotional state and YOl making others scapegoats of your problems will only multiply the troubles. If you think it is appropriate, you can inform people around you that you are not in a good mood and request them not to disturb you for sometime. During this time you can relax and prepare yourself for the remaining day.
