Description:My client ise seeking an Office Assistant for a new position in our Dubai Office. As an Office assistant you will be responsible for various tasks ranging from common clerk tasks to taking care of tasks in connection with events.Responsibilities · Responsible for payment of bills, balancing sheets for bank account, various cash expenses, credit card expenses etc. · Responsible for travel booking · Responsible for the reception · Office Maintenance (local procurement of stationary, local printing of sales material, beverages etc) · Coordination, mailing and booking of certifications with HQ · Various tasks in connection with event Work closely with the local Territory Sales Manager for MEA and Australia/New Zealand Qualifications
